Navigating Multiple Cultures?
Do you feel that more than one culture lives within you?
You might be a Third Culture Kid, a first- or second-generation immigrant, or a visa holder. Maybe you grew up in a country different from your parents’, or your parents are first-generation immigrants. Perhaps you are living in New York for school, work, or a relationship.
Do you want to live your own life but worry about disappointing your parents, friends, or community?
Are you struggling to communicate in English, feeling frustrated or isolated?
Are concerns about your visa status leaving you anxious or vulnerable?

A Personal Note
I came to the U.S. as a student who didn’t speak English. I remember feeling small, afraid to reach out, and unsure where I belonged. Over time, I learned that it is both okay and courageous to receive support.
As multicultural beings, we carry incredible resiliency. Taking care of yourself, through self-understanding, empowerment, and reflection, helps you discover who you are and what you want in life.
I am here to provide a safe space to explore your past, your present, and your future, so you can live your life authentically and fully.
